Long Days
This is only my fourth day here, and it already feel like so much more. We've been doing band things for most of the day, 5.5 hours of it out in the sun with triple digit temperatures marching on pavement. The good news is that the people in our mellophone section are wonderful. Ok, I'm tired; I go back to sleep for a little bit.

Um...I was going to comment on some stuff you said over yonder on my blog but I think a bigger question is of higher priority...
WHAT on EARTH is a MELLOPHONE?????
Phew...now that that is covered-yes, you may win with your extra five degrees, but I don't think you are taking into account that I am in TEXAS, with about 234% humidity...five degrees is nothing.(Ha, I still win!).
But yes...I AM chubby. No, its not because I'm a girl. But it is okay with me and I think that is what makes a difference. I'm pretty outgoing and confident, and I think thats what really matters.

Oh yeah, by the way. I'm glad to hear that you're not an Abercrombie model. They annoy me too...
Hey.. you guys were bashing Abercrombie models and you didn't invite me!?
Anyway, take care of yourself in that heat MP. I know it's a scorcher over here in my corner of the globe. I'd hate to imagine spending 5 1/2 hours marching around out there.

ok...mellophone...got it.
Yeah, marching sucks. Marching really early in the morning is worst.
So arkansas, huh? A really close friend of mine is going to the University of Arkansas. How random.
And even though I love you persistence, I am not going to sit here and let you believe I am some kind of 5'10" supermodel. When I get a pic up on facebook, I'll let you see.
Hopefully you won't be too disappointed.
